These terms apply when you register a child or volunteer with the Five Dock Dockers.

Two-step registration

Registering on this site signs your child up with the club only. To take the field they also need to be registered with the NRL via PlayNRL. We will email you the PlayNRL link and instructions within a few days of receiving your form.

Fees

Annual rego fees are set per season. Direct-debit and Stripe payment options are documented on the donate / rego payment pages. The committee may waive or reduce fees for hardship — contact us privately.

Code of conduct

Players, parents, coaches and spectators are expected to follow the NSWRL/NRL Junior Code of Conduct: respect officials, no abuse, no alcohol on game day at junior fixtures, and a zero-tolerance policy on anything that puts kids at risk.

Photos & media

We take photos at training and matches for use on club channels. Each child has a photo consent setting captured at registration; we honour your choice and you can change it at any time by emailing us. See the privacy policy for details.

Volunteering & WWCC

Anyone in a coach, manager, trainer, or committee role must hold a current NSW Working with Children Check. We track expiry and will email you a reminder when yours is within 30 days of expiring.

Liability

Junior Rugby League is a contact sport. By registering you acknowledge the inherent risks and confirm any pre-existing medical conditions are noted on your child's registration. The club's liability is limited to the extent permitted by NSW law and is covered by the NRL insurance scheme that applies through PlayNRL registration.

Changes

The committee may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the mailing list. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
